The house is beautiful and a great location.
The kitchen is fully stocked, and furniture is comfortable. The management staff and mnc staff are excellent. We will rent this house again.

House location is great, it’s nice how there are 3 king bedrooms and every bedroom has a bathroom. House definitely needs some updating. The main thing being the stairs to the beach and down to the pool - loose boards and multiple nails sticking up, water damage on ceiling in the family room. Outdoor furniture needs updating - 2 lounge chairs were ripped. It would be nice if each bedroom had a ceiling fan as well.

Beautiful morning sunsets, the beach is almost right outside your door. Boardwalk needs some repairs but was safe to cross over. House was great just a few things that needs fix’s. Would rent again..

Staring with check-in to leaving the property, nothing could have gone smoother. The house has so much space and a bathroom in every room! The kitchen left nothing to be desired and the location can't be beat. We spent so much time on the porch enjoying the view that I felt like I lived there.

We had 3 families staying in the house and had ample room. Each bedroom having its own bath was complete genius on the part of the designers! The house was nicely decorated and it seemed as though the bedrooms all had new furniture. As per other reviews, the house needs some TLC, which is understandable for a rental - cracked drywall tape, new shower heads, kitchen and bath updates, paint the banister, new or cleaned carpets, decking repairs, exterior paint and trim repairs - but none of this took away from the beauty of Surfside, the proximity to town and, of course, the beach! The pool was the right size and we had plenty of chairs for the group. Notes: there is no outdoor/enclosed shower but 2 outdoor cool water rinse "stations." If you rent linens, they come in totes - we were not aware and searched everywhere, thinking they would be in the bedrooms as per other rentals in the past. Rent the grill - it's worth having it on hand! There is no privacy on the deck from the neighbors on either side so be prepared to have conversations with them!

We will definitely look to book this property again in the future.
It's a bright feel, very homey. The private pool is great to have, and the general layout of the home was ideal.
If I had to recommend changes, it would be unimportant stuff like, better coffee maker, better kitchen trash can. Overall everything house was great.

The kitchen was very dark to cook in, the built-in microwave above the stove was broken, and there was no fan in the kitchen. I believe the cost to heat the pool for perhaps four days should be discounted as compared to heating it for 7 days--in other words it should not be the full price. I, however, would still recommend the property.

Management was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend the house. Wonderful beach and location was perfect for 4 adults needing a great vacation. Pool does need a little rehab but was acceptable. Loved the decorating... pleasing atmosphere. A few minor issues were immediately corrected...thanks to the management!!!! Definitely would consider renting unit again.

The house was very adequate for our needs. Parking was a bit slim for 5 couples. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans in bedrooms as we felt the rooms were warm at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location, right on the beach and a short 6-block walk to the pier and a few restaurants. House was well maintained and we loved being right on the ocean! We also rented Sun-S-Up, right across the street to accomodate our group of 24 ladies! Will definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice vacation home. The only issue we had were with the amenities provided. We had several deck chairs broken which we reported on the first day. They quickly came and picked up the broken chairs but they were never replaced. The washer hot/cold are hooked up reversed. The ice maker dispenser did not work. But the house itself was in excellent condition and very nicely furnished.

The house was gorgeous and it was in the perfect location. We had a couple of small issues but the property management company promptly took care of them. My only suggestion would be better landscaping and general maintenance around the pool area.
