Perfect Beach house for our family. Just across the street from beach access. Ocean view from porches. Lots of space and privacy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Love the pool. It is larger than most private pools. Large dining table where everyone can have dinner together. We have stated in lots of different beach houses, but this one is the best!Already booked for next year.

After two years being apart, we were able to stay together in this nice house. Plenty of room, good-size pool and close to the beach and grocery stores. We noted a few things that need attention on the comment card but all in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect home and location! Beach access was right across the street! We could enjoy both the beach and the pool! We found the home to meet all of our needs. With 5 king bedrooms, all of our adult couples felt satisfied with the sleeping arrangements! The bunk room was great for the kids! This home accommodated our family reunion of 18 very nicely, ranging from 75 years young to 2 years old. Would do it all over again if we could!

We had a wonderful time at this ocean view house. It was a perfect house for our family with 7 Bedrooms and 71/2 baths. It had plenty of space for family gatherings but also space to get away. The pool is awesome and large and the house is directly across from beach access which was so convenient. The beach in that area is very wide allowing for lots of play area and walks on the beach even at high tide. The only negative thing about our stay was that the ice maker on the primary refrigerator was not working. A repairman was sent but he could not fix it during our stay. We plan to rent the same house next year .

Eleven adults and two children had a fabulous time at Coastal Dreamin. Plenty of space for all. Traveled from Delaware, Maryland and Florida for this vacation. Everyone really enjoyed the pool. Great weather. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed here from June 26-July 3rd and absolutely loved this house. Family trip ranging in age from 1 yr to 60. The beach access is directly across. The house was beautifully furnished and had plenty of space. Beds slept exceptionally well. The pool was larger than normal with lots of places to lounge or sit. Planning to stay here again as we loved it so much. Thanks for sharing your space.

Beautiful home, everything we needed, very spacious and 1 of the only houses that I know of that has 5 bedrooms with king beds a plus for tall men in our family!!!! Only thing I can recommend is to have another washer/dryer on 2nd floor would be very helpful! Other then that - perfect home!

This is the third time we rented this Surfside Beach house. It is a great house for our extended family. It's just across the street from the beach and, if the beach is not your thing, it has a great pool.The house is always clean and in good shape.

This was one of the best houses we have rented in Surfside. Everything about the house worked well for us. Only one suggestion I would make is to either provide an umbrella for the pool area (pool is mostly in the sun with little shade available) or have an umbrella base available so the renters can use their beach umbrellas.

We had 10 adults and 3 children and plenty of room in this beautiful house. Our second year to rent and we are coming back next year. We came from Delaware, Maryland and Florida to meet for this vacation. Loved the large pool, large front porch especially in the afternoon when the sun is in the rear of the home. Spent many hours in the pool. Had some small problems that were attended to within 1 hour of our phone call to Beach Realty, I highly recommend this home for your next family and/or friends vacation.

The location was perfect, the covered porches idyllic, and the private pool superb!
There was plenty of room inside for family dinners and relaxing. The house seemed clean, the only things that fell short of expectations were the VERY loud dishwasher and washing machine, and it seemed like all the flooring and bath fixtures were cheap.

All together this property was awesome. The location is right across the street from beach access and very close drive to stores and the main highway in Surfside Beach. Only 10-15 minute drive to Myrtle but honestly everything you need is right here. We had 6 adults and 7 kids ranging from 12 to 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Pool was great also. Pretty much this place is just as advertized. If I had to find any negatives (and keep in mind I'm looking for them) I would say the walls could use some cleaning from hand prints throughout the house and scuff marks. House has 1 toaster oven (no toaster)which when you're feeding three families or more does not keep up with demand. Living room could use maybe recliner or some type of chair or chairs. There is an L shaped sofa and if theres no room there you're sitting on the straight backed dining chairs. To be quite frank this house is perfect and would definately rent it again.

The location was perfect for the beach and the pool was a plus! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our two week stay.
Our group was all adults, but the area offered plenty of dining and things to do as well. We have rented in many areas over the years and Surf side beach was very enjoyable and we are considering returning next year. We all loved the house and location.

We really enjoyed all of the amenities this house had to offer. Location, proximity to beach and Hwy 17, good sized pool, large tables and sofas, comfy beds, etc. Can't think of anything lacking, but it would have been nice to have some recreational options inside - pool table, ping pong, etc.

The property was well maintained and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for 16, including lots of kids. We enjoyed lots of time in the spacious pool. The property was right across the street from beach access. There was a beautiful view from the balconies and would often enjoy the afternoon breeze. There was one small issue which the management company addressed right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed at costal dreamin' over the July 4th week., all 20 of us. The house was fantastic! Kitchen had everything we needed, except crock pot, but everything else was there. Very nice furnishings throughout the house and extremely comfortable beds. The pool was bigger than we were expecting and the proximity to the beach was perfect! Beach reality property management company was great to work with. Highly recommend them and this house. We will be back!

We had a wonderful week. The weather was perfect and the house was comfortable. If I have anything negative to say, there wasn't enough lighting or seating in the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. The location was perfect. My 2 year old grandson enjoyed watching the people and golf carts on the street. Staying on the second row wasn't inconvenient at all.

This was our second year staying at this particular house. Excellent stay, minor issues which were immediately addressed by Beach Realty. Will be back next year for sure.

This house was perfect! The pictures don't do it justice. Each room was tastefully decorated and very large. The pool was larger than most other rental homes in the area. Perfect location directly across from beach access. I can't think of one complaint.

We enjoyed every aspect of this gorgeous home. The staff was very attentive throughout the process. We had everything we needed and if we had an issue (a small one)it was taking care of right away. We can't stop talking about this property! This was our first time renting a home in Mrytle Beach. We usually stay in condo units...never again!

Coastal Dreamin' was a great experience. The house has a nice quiet location with easy beach access. The pool is large. The pool and deck furniture is the best we have ever had (we have been renting beach house in the Grand Strand for over 20 years). Parking is plentiful, especially due to being on a corner lot.

This house was perfect for a large family. Multiple king beds, all bedrooms have private bathrooms, 3 porches, and even 2 full size refrigerators! It accommodated our large group in comfort. The private pool and close beach access made it the perfect house for our vacation.
