The property was perfect for our combined families of 10. The house had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed a deck on each of the three levels. Being right on the beach has so many advantages, especially for the grandkids. The house was clean, well stocked, the AC was great and loved the outside deck with the water hose to wash off the sand. I would highly recommend this property and Beach Realty Rentals answered all of my many questions since this was our first time ever in a beach front house.

The week we stayed was immediately after hurricane Ian had come ashore at Georgetown so there was some minor inconvenience due to that. The house was not cleaned after previous guests but we were aware of that and the company came on Sunday to take care of it. We had a great time, the house was very nice, would definitely recommend the place to others.

This is a wonderful place for a beach vacation. The views are incredible from all three levels, and being so close to the beach was great.

The house is perfect for our group, and the staff at the rental company were awesome to deal with (thank you Chelsea and Nicole)! We will be back next year.

Stayed at Living in the Paradise during the second week of August. House was very spacious and located steps from the beach. Kitchen is updated as are all the bathrooms. Loved the third floor balcony for beach gazing. Only complaint would be the hot tub that was originally advertised had been removed.

The location of this house is perfect. A short, short walk down steps to the beach. The house is very nice. 3 oceanfront bedrooms. Everything was in good working order. The 1st-floor family room is a little small for such as big house.

This Home (Living In Paradise) lives up to it's name. We are having a great time with ocean/beach views on every floor. The home with clean and very well maintained. The home is equipped with everything you we needed and a fully stocked kitchen. It's been a great experience. This is our 2nd month renting and have 3 more to go. Beach Realty has been there to answer any questions we might have. One of our favorite places to dine is Gulf Stream Café. Don't let the name fool you, I consider it a very upscale dinning. Would highly recommend it. Also at the pier there a great bar with food/drinks/live music also 3 other restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy this place :)

Had a great time! Love the location, close to Murrells inlet where we visited the Dead Dog Saloon. The marsh walk was nice as well. We Visited the Garden City pier, had dinner and listened to live music. it was a very relaxing trip.

We had a horrible VRBO experience and needed a house quickly. Beach Reality and the owners of the house extended their southern hospitality to my family when needed. We arrived to find the house immaculate, our linens were awaiting us, and the hot tub had been cleaned that day. We spent our days on the beach just steps away from the house and nights watching fireworks from the hot tub. It is just blocks from the pier and located close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We will definitely be returning soon.

We have rented Living in Paradise for the last 3 years and have it reserved again for next year. It offers everything my family needs and brings us together from Georgia, Indiana and right here in Surfside Beach. Love the 3 ocean front bedrooms and enjoy the 3rd deck hot tub.

The month of January was wonderful. The refrigerator was fixed and works beautifully. The Home Keeping staff was very obliging in getting things repaired.
Again, the views from all three front porches are outstanding. Shopping is outstanding in the area.
The house needs cosmetic tending, the floor needs sanding, and Direct TV would be nice.

The house has 3 porches and the views are outstanding. The third level has a spa (in need of repair)with great views while relaxing in water or just sun bathing. The house needs some TLC. Overall the stay at Living in Paradise was very enjoyable. The ocean at your doorstep is only a few steps away for a nice beach walk.

The house was a little small in crucial areas. The first floor livingroom was very cramped. Our family is used to gathering around the TV and this was not possible. The dining table was too big for the small space making the living room difficult to move around in. The carport under the house was too narrow on either side for any of us to pull our cars into. There were no beach chairs or grill as we have been used to in other houses and very few cooking utensils. On our last night there - there were kids shooting off fireworks right in front of our house until past 11:00pm. When asked to stop they shot a firework at my husband. Police had to be called but did nothing. Over all this was not the best vacation experience we've had in recent years.

The house has not changed since last year's monthly stay, it was clean but needs TLC. There is a new large couch (two chairs would have been better)in the dining area. The customer service is better than last year. The refrigerator is still not working correctly (water dispenser freezes on a daily basis.) Direct TV would be a great amenity (Time Warner basic tv?) The property is nicely located, away from the city traffic but close to all sights and venues. The three porches gives a person a magnificent ocean view.

Always a pleasure to watch the porpoise(s) fishing, the birds diving for lunch and the shrimp boats with their daily catch on the one of the ocean front porches. The house is near enough to shopping venues and far enough from major areas.

This is the 5th year we have rented Living in Paradise and plan to do it again next year. We have found that it perfectly fits our needs. How many houses have three ocean front bedrooms? Although the dining/living room area are a bit tight, the other features make up for it and we're not in the house all that much.

We stayed towards the end of July and the house was as advertised. As some reviewers said the kitchen/dining area were a bit tight, but we had three families with a total of 6 kids and 6 adults and it wasn't a problem at all. The hot tub up top was a nice change of pace with great views and the umbrella and chair rentals for the week for the beach were well worth it. We had no major problems to speak of and on balance we would stay here again. We ate at some of the local restaurants and it was all convenient and easy to get to.

We loved the house and location. The views from the balconies were priceless. We all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd floor balcony - overlooking the ocean. We booked it again for next spring break. The only thing that would make it better would be a balcony on the street side of the house, but everything else this house offers made up for that missing feature.

We took a family vacation together and the house was nice. We enjoyed being close to Siesta Village and would walk down there in the evenings sometime for ice cream. The restaurants were close and good ones too. The house was good for the family and comfy. It was a very enjoyable time.

The location of this property is great. However, it was not clean. Floors and ceiling fans had accumulated much dirt. We had a problem with ants and roaches in the bedrooms but the management quickly sent an exterminator. This property has the potential
to be a great rental but work does need to be done.

We have rented on the beach for the last 6 years, and this was absolutely our favorite house. Loved the hot tub on the third floor and the porches on each of the three floors. Also, we loved the fact that there are 3 ocean facing bedrooms. We had only a couple things that we weren't pleased about. The living/dining area is extremely small. Although the house will accomodate 12, there is no way 12 people could sit down & eat at one time. Ditto the TV area. Also, there were not enough dishes - only 6 small bowls. We had rented a grill and it was delivered a day late and was very "nasty". We expected a clean grill. Everything else was so great that we did not hesitate to rent it again for next year.

Living in Paradise is almost that..Paradise. We have rented numerous places on the beach, but this one was the closest to the water. Wonderful. We had 8 adults (no kids) and the place was perfect for us. Only negatives that we found were that the living/dining area on the main floor is really crowded...between the large dining table and the couch..there isn't any room to maneuver around. The spaciousness of the three levels made up for the crowdedness on the main level. We had a great time and would go back to this house again.

When our Outer Banks vacation was in the path of hurricane Irene, we were looking for another possibility to still enjoy the week. Most of our group of 11 have been to Myrtle Beach in the past, but we were unfamiliar with Garden City. The house was in a great location and we had a blast. The only downside was the living areas were a but tight, but we had great weather for the week so it was no issue because we spent all our time on the beach. The property management company was very helpful, especially considering we made our reservation in a day and arrived 2 days later.

We visite Myrtle Beach a lot. It is beautiful! We loved being right on the beach! Enjoyed the hot tub! The living room is super smal :( Other than that it it was nice.

The location was perfect for us. The beach was quiet and clean. If you plan on using the hot tub let the office know .... It wasn't working and needed to fixed. We didn't have use of it for the first three days. The dishwasher also floated while we were staying in the house. The house was clean and the rooms are great. The living room arear is extremely small.

This is the second year we have rented this property and have it reserved for next year. It fits all our needs. Love the little sitting room on the 2nd floor as it allows the children a space of their own if needed. There were a couple maintenance issues which we made Beach Realty aware of as we were leaving. The kitchen is not well stocked and we also covered that on our comment card.

Very nice home with wonderful porches! The living area on the main floor is small, but there is an additional living area on the second floor which helps. Kitchen was in very good shape but needed some more saucepans for the nights we ate in. We enjoyed the time there.

We started with an unknowledgeable person, so he had to make a few phone calls and made several excuses for the delay entry. We have been at the house for 2 months with a few issues in the house; water dispenser, plumbing for the sink but, the rental agency is well aware of the problems. Overall our stay has been pleasant,the ocean views outstanding and the weather has been up and down. Beach Realty is very cooperative and friendly. So far so good.

Living in Paradise is a wonderful place to stay! A bunch of college friends and I spent a week enjoying the house, the beach, and the surrounding area! We had one problem with the WiFi and it was quickly handled.
