  We had a very enjoyable getaway. Lots of room, very clean, and the kithcen was extremely well stocked with cooking supplies! Would highly recommend!!

  We thoroughy enjoyed our 10 night stay at Frank's Place II. The house was lovely with a bright and airy feel. The pool was very nice but I would have loved to have a lounge chair. The only chairs available were all upright. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in perfect working order. The house was a bit further back from the beach than anticipated but we could still see the ocean from the top front and back balconies (porches). The elevator was a lifesaver for transporting luggage into the house. Overall, I'd give this rental property an overall rating of very good and would certainly stay there again.

  The property was great. Everyone had their own private bath and everyone's bedroom had a balcony. The kitchen was well stocked. The flow of the house was great. One of the toilets was broken but could be used, and the garbage disposal backed up on our
  last night there. Also, the coffee maker needs replacing. Overall, I would rent this property again.

• A+ MB vacation - our party of seven had a wonderful week in MB this summer and thought that Frank's Place II was perfect for everyone. We each had our own bathroom, & the kit. was well equipped.

  Our 10 yr. old grandson loved hanging out on the daybed at top of stairs. That was his own little hideaway. Would recommend the unit for a large family.
