  My family stayed in Mystical Dunes and loved it. We had the pool heated because we weren't sure how the weather would be and it was well worth it. The only complaint is that most of the windows wouldn't open or stay open. It would have been nice if they did. We are already planning our 2013 vacation. The location isn't really in walking distance of things but right up the road is hwy 17 which is the main road to everything. We had a great time.

  The location of the house is awesome!!! The house is comfortable and safe. The pool was perfect for swims after time in the ocean. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

  this home was far above our expectations! we traveled with both sets of grandparents and our immediate family. my father-in-law was recently diagnosed with cancer and the place was just what he needed. he sat by the pool in the shade, headed to the beach, or sat on the covered beachside deck. the living area was open to the kitchen and gave everyone space to play games or watch movies. each family had their own bedroom and bath for privacy. surfside is a great family oriented beach. the home was an easy walk to the pier with restaurants and ice cream available. the beachside realty staff was helpful and the home was immaculate. thanks for a great vacation!!!!! so much fun... a guest from Hixson, TN

  stayed at mystical dunes for a one week honeymoon. had always vacationed in florida but wanted to check out the carolina coast. we live in indiana so we could only review property through online pictures so we were crossing our fingers. House, location and rental staff totally exceeded our expectations. already planning on coming back with the whole family!

  It would have been nice if the Gas Grill was included in the overall price, the stove did not seem to work properly, seemed to take alot more time to cook things, and the back sliding door did not lock, even after being fixed the first night we arrived at the house. I was impressed with the immediate action when I did call about the door not locking, and someone arrived within 1 hour. I know most places charge extra for linens, but this just does not seem fair, and would rather see this included in the overall price of the unit. It would have been very difficult to bring the necessary linens for the house. It is hard to say if the value was right as we have never stayed in a house in Myrtle Beach before, but having 13 people with each having their own separate bedroom, and bath was great. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to keep up with the clothes, and towels for the week.
