I rented this property for the month of October. The location was great and staff was pleasant and quick to respond to any issues I had. I needed some kitchen items and they were delivered promptly. The house is a Short Sale, therefore, I realize the owner does not want to invest any additional funds. However,if it is going to continue to be rented, not having internet is a major issue, the stove needs to be replaced (foil on burners and some don't work at all). Having said all this, it is a great property and I would recommend to others if a few issues were addressed. I will definitely use Beach Realty in the future to rent another property.

Great house with lots of room both inside and outside on the two oceanfront porches. Been coming to Garden City Beach for over 30 years and this house was our most enjoyable stay ever. Highly recommend this property and the property management team to anyone.
