  The home is very lovely and charming. The pictures provided did not do this home justice. The home was much more appealing than expected. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the home had plenty of space. If this home is not sold next year, we will rent it 2 or 3 times next year as well. The dock and pier was very accomodating. We have a 20 ft pontoon boat and had no problem getting stuck when the tide came in. The fishing from the pier was also great, there were plenty of fish to catch without moving the boat. So boaters/fisherman would love this house as well.

  This home and location were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the creek with easy access to our boat. The pool area was the ultimate in relaxation. As for the beach access, it was terrific.Loved the layout of the house. I wish the upstairs air conditioning had been repaired during our stay. We had no icemaker or filtered water from the fridge. Neither item was repaired during our stay even though each item was reported and looked at. I WOULD RENT THIS HOME AGAIN!!!!
