  While we had a good time and the house was nice there are definitely some things that need fixed. The screen porch is is bad condition and broken door needs replaced. Boards on the walkway need secured. The house could have been cleaner. We had to purchase products to clean the furniture. Blinds were strewn all over the place. The maid never even picked them up from the previous guests?? We missed having a shower in the master bath - only a tub. The layout was nice and the furniture seemed newer and it was decorated nicely. Property managers were nice and helpful.

  The house was fantastic and beautifully furnished!Perfect setting and right on the beach! Plenty of room to spread out and relax! Super vacation! Few minor property had not been rented before our week, it did not seem that it had been freshly cleaned on the day of our arrival. It did not have a 'clean' smell and we found animal hair on beds,floors, and couches...also dead bugs in baths, etc. Lampshade broken in master bedroom. Also, very few eating and cooking utensils. Ice-maker did not work all week, had problems with dishwasher, but dishwasher was taken care of ASAP....within hours of the time we called it in to the property manager! All staff at Beach Realty VERY nice and professional! We will definately stay at this home again next year...just hope not to experience the minor problems we had this year!

  We loved our stay at A shore Thing, it was a prefect location for us to meet up with our family that lived in surfside. The outside needed a little clean up but I just figured it was early in the spring and they just haven't got to the house yet. The inside needed just a little more cleaning to begin the summer rental as I also clean rentals and notice a few untouched areas. But all in all I would stay again in the house.
