  We had a great stay at this home. It is very nice, and was very clean inside. Th sonly problem was that the water heater had been shut off before we arrived so the kids had cold showers before they came to fix it (the evening of the day we checked in). The location is great, right on the beach. Would definitely like to stay here again.

  THE HOUSE WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED BUT IN YOUR DEFENSE WE ARRIVED EARLY AND CALLED TO SEE IF WE COULD GET IN EARLY AND YOU LET US IN TWO HOURS EARLY.

  Everybody in are family had a wonderful time I only seen a few things you may want to look at. 1.The stove burners are not all working properly. 2.The refrigerator seems to be collecting water on the very bottom i did mention this to a guy who came by

  First year at Dolphins Den, 3rd year renting a house at Surfside...We couldn't have been happier. At first we were weary of being at the very end of Ocean Dr & so close to Holiday Inn, but actually it was better....less traffic and no spillover from hotel on beach. Loved the seats on the boardwalk to the beach. Rooms were spacious & furniture not too big as to take up space. Lots of extras too, like child's booster seat & abundance of kitchenware. We loved the pavers around the pool deck - much easier keeping the pool clean! We can't say enough great things!

  our entire family stayed @ dolphins den for our spring 2011 vacation. A few problems w/pool heater BUT by and large a great time was had by all. We'd love to come back!

  We went to the beach with three families and had a wonderful stay at this house. The rooms were big and spacious and the layout was good for families with kids. The pool was very clean and was a great alternative to the beach for the kids. The only problem we had was the air conditioner was very hard to regulate. Either too cold or too warm. The temperature gage on the thermostat did not work. Would stay here again.

  Very well stocked home with everything you need. Only wish the beds were more comfortable and maybe it had an additional refridgerator for everyone's beverages. There were 12 of us---6 adults and 6 kids, so the fridge was always packed.

  The knobs on the dryer need fixed, but there was a pair of pliers left to use. Also the air conditioners on the front porch just outside the downstairs bedroom were very loud.

  Everything about Dolphin's Den was wonderful except the dryer in the laundry area. The knobs were off and we had a difficult time turning it on/off. The carpet in the upstairs master bedroom had a stain at the entrance. However, the view from that room is amazing. The home's location is great. Would definitely stay there again.

  This is a beautiful home very clean and spotless. We stayed for a week and would love to have stayed longer. The pictures on the internet do not do this house justice it is a huge house very comfortable with great views.
