    The property was beautiful and we loved the location. The amenities were great as well, especially the large kitchen, elevator and heated pool/hot tub. While I realize this is a rental property, some of the furnishings were in need of repair. Particularly the bar stools and dining chairs. Several had missing or broken rungs and the legs were in need of tightening. There was also a tack sticking out of the sofa that several of us caught our clothes on. Both issues were easily fixed, as we removed the protruding tack and tightened chair legs. The house was basically clean, with the exception of the floors, which needed to be swept and the baseboards were very dusty. These too were issues we could easily fix ourselves with the supplies at the house. The property management group was very kind and responsive with requests I had and were quick to send a repair man for the washing machine when it wasn't working properly. Overall, it was a great vacation experience. We loved the house and would recommend to friends and would stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

    Also, loved the mural by the pool bar. Very fun!!!

    Great house with lots of room and well equipped kitchen. We loved the volleyball court and pool. The beach was just across the road and the location ideal for us as it was quiet. Beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset from the front and back balconies. We would love to go back. Beach reality was very quick to respond to any requests.
