    We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for 25 years and this was the best vacation house yet! We were so pleased we have already secured our vacation at DelBocaVista next summer.The views from the home were breath taking. The distance from the private walkway to the beach was just steps! Perfect for the kids and older guests.Speaking of elderly guests,the only flaw I saw with the house was the exceptionally tall bed located on the first floor.That room was to be my parents-in-law's room because I try to avoid them having to climb stairs.The top of the bed hit above their elbows!We thought we'd need to buy a step-ladder!But we found several step stools in other rooms so we made due but I would suggest switching that bed with a lower one from the 2nd floor.Even with the elevator, elderly people are safer on the first floor.I worried about them losing their footing.Just my two cents.But overall, there is no other house like this one.The land is more narrow there so there was only one row of houses across the street.We practically had the beach to ourselves and we were there mid July (peak of the season).We are still smiling!!Looking forward to next summer.

    We had an awesome time! It's such a beautiful place. My daughter got married on the beach in front of the place and it was beautiful!
    The only complaint we had was with the pool and it not being heated. Other than that everything was perfect. We appreciate Beach Realty and all their help. I would highly reccomend this awesome place. We are even considering on doing it again next year, because we loved it so much.
